Our fundraising initiatives directly support Ukraine’s defenders on the front lines. Through community-driven events and campaigns, we raise critical funds for equipment, supplies, and aid that save lives and strengthen Ukraine’s resistance.

Every donation is an act of solidarity and proof that Ukraine is not standing alone.

BLOK
festival

Second Front UA teamed up with BLOK to host a silent auction fundraiser supporting Ukraine, featuring curated items from Ukrainian artists, designers and local merchants. The event brought the community together to raise funds and awareness through art and culture.

Toronto Ukrainian Film Festival

The Toronto Ukrainian Film Festival is an annual not-for-profit film festival to showcase the talent of contemporary Ukrainian artists and filmmakers. The festival highlights powerful Ukrainian stories of war, resilience, and culture, bringing audiences together for a meaningful cause.

Bandura KRUT Big Canadian Tour

Thanks to the support of audiences across Canada during the Bandura KRUT Big Canadian Tour, Ukrainian musician Maryna Krut personally delivered the first two drones purchased with the funds raised during the tour to Ukrainian frontline units.

“They said we had no cards but united we built the deck” is a campaign led by the Second Front UA at the 2025 BWV Ukrainian Festival in Toronto. It is a community fundraising activation symbolizing how even with “no cards”, our unity builds strength and support for Ukraine.

Us, Our Pets and the War

A documentary by Ukrainian filmmaker Anton Ptushkin that explores the bond between people and their animals during Russia’s full-scale invasion, brought to Toronto through a community screening organized by Second Front UA to raise funds and awareness in support of Ukraine.

“The Place We Call Home” is a month-long multimedia exhibition that documents life in Ukraine’s occupied territories, sharing intimate stories of civilian resilience, loss, and unwavering determination through photography, video, and immersive installations.

fundrising event vol.1

Second Front UA partnered with United to Create Project to collect donations from their fundraising art event, raising $3,514 to support the “Save the Brave” campaign and provide Ukrainian Combat Medics with critical tactical medical kits.

During the Toronto Marathon on May 7, 2023, Second Front UA supported participants by staffing a water station and raising community donations to provide aid and resources for Ukraine.
